For the DD bikes I'd been using Ricambi Weiss stuff, cheap as chips and reasonable quality - plain white only though. Try a search on Ebay for them, it used to be £125 for a full set delivered to your door.
But if you're after a decent pre-impreg coloured set tried a search on here for "Barry" and this -
