As I'd managed to round out the allen socket in the shear bolt holding the mirror in place and couldn't get the mirror off, I thought that hitting the bolt with a chisel to knock the top off would do ... it's a shear bolt after all and I manage to snap them easy enough when tightening them up ... but all I did was end up breaking the fairing stay! |
unfortunately, its not the arm I need but the complete headlight bracket. Also, it is the right altho it fell on the left - I guess it mustr have been stressed by the fall...that makes two of us
Any idea how much the frame is? There is one on ebay, but need to watch I dont over pay.
