Yes i did. Turned out to be the new battery. It would take a charge so showing 12v+ but if it was put under any load would drop out down to 2 or 3v. Simple i know but it is so easy not to look for the obvious. My tiny jump starter did'nt work because the duff battery sucked all the charge out of it. Another new battery cured it.
Another lesson learnt eh.
