| Must admit if I was doing a simialr project I'd probably look at a Monster swingarm either one off a Monster S4 such as Dave (MLC Racing) has for sale or one like I have as standard in my S2R as they both use a similar shock setup to the 916
As for shocks
Standard 916 shock length is 305mm
900SS is 330mm
900SSie is 335mm
Shortest shock I have is a WP unit off a Laverda which I think is about 280mm, Can't recall what the Bimota Ohlins shock is.
To get the rear ride height correct you want to use the tool that plugs into the frame so you can take a measurement to the centre of the rear spindle
Looks like there will be a bit of work to do with the fueling
As I see a DS engine, early 270cc/min injectors and a Non Linear TPS
