| Think they have 14 days from the date of the offence to issue the NIP, the time it takes to reach you is not included. Assuming the bike is registered at your address, allow 3 weeks before breathing safely again. They only have to notify the registered owner, so if it's a company car/lease car/hire car it can take ages to come through.... Good luck... |
