Not sure what they are going for secondhand, I bought my 50/54 half system on my Hybrid new but without the ECU and can't recall what I paid for the full 54mm system on the 998R which I did by secondhand.
Theres a good chance your pipework will also fit 748Rs and later 996s that came with 50mm standard systems
