The only site that seems to predict things absolutely correctly (worked the whole of last year) is this one
http://www.netweather.tv at an unpredictable Pembrey and Cadwell it was spot on. Best not to trust it too much until a day before though.
Well, my bike is running and has new tyres, but it will remain unpainted until after the test day (maybe for the best!)
