I think Leccy vehicles are the future as the alternatives are limited. The question is Distant Future or Near Future Battery powered vehicles have been out for decades now but development has been accelerating over the last few years. Fossil fuels aren't going to last for ever and they are becoming harder to get out of the earth and have there own dramas doing so. Having worked with radiation for 30 years of my life I'm all for nuclear power, I would prefer Fusion power but the JET project at Culham has been going for decades and progress is very very slow, so it looks like it will have to be Fission reactors. A major step in battery density has been going on over the last 6 months so the next generation of electric vehicles should be able to go faster or travel futher. KTMs Freeride concept bike could well be launched later this year And if Leccy vehicles do take over from petrol and diesel vehicles where is the chancellor going to get his tax revenue from Checkout the Desmo Due Paddock on Facebook |
