Be careful with replacement units as the clocks are coded to the keys and in turn the ECU is normally coded to the clocks. So fitting a second hand set is likely to cause you more problems

If I recall correctly there was a company that fixed these sort of things, not sure of the name but Scorpio seems to ring a few bells
