| I ran both last year, full fairing till Mallory then just bikini type after (thanks to the tyre wall at Gerrards). I didn't really notice any performance difference but was glad of the lack of side panels at a windy Anglesea.
Looks-wise, a well prepped one like Ron's (till he binned it) or the Kenoir and Jules 1098 ones are really nice. The least I'd run with is a belly pan (required) and a nose cone.
It's not the size of the dog in the fight that matters, but the size of the fight in the dog.
