Great news. Wasn't it Paolo Casoli on the 748RS the last really competitive Supersport Ducati. It is odd that it is sales of bikes like the Diavel that I'm sure make this possible. Apparently the Diavel is selling like crazy in the US of A and 90% of the new owners have never owned a Ducati before. Welcome to the dark side for them.
It would be brilliant to see the 1199 and 799 in supersport and WSB. There would be little need to watch MotoGP. I hope that in the twighligt of his career that Rossi goes to WSB after winning the title again.
No doubt Biaggi is keen to see that happen as well...not.
