| I originally set up my 916BP at Pembrey on a trackday, up until thay point I had found it Harsh on the road but after tweeking at Pembrey and watching the lap times tumble I ended up with a bike that i was perfectly happy with. Since then I have fitted a Penske shock to it and tweaked the front to suit. Which doesn't help much.
I was running a 247mm rear ride height with the front end in the raked out position tyre pressures were 31fr/30Rr
