Just returned from a 1200 mile weekend trip to France
Included plenty old and some not so fast
Weather was a bit iffy but still much better than forecast and UK. Almost made the Med which would have been nice but even with early starts and late finsihes 300 plus miles per day with luggage on sports bikes is quite a tough ask.
Portsmouth - Le Havre, Normandy bridge then head south on autoroute for a couple hundred mile to Tours then off on superb scrathing roads for the rest of it
Looking forward to doing it all again next year
