| Just been to Conway ward in YG to visit my friend Matt Lawson who had a bad off at Trac Mon on Sunday. He is seriously one lucky guy, his crash was bascially a massive aquaplane in top gear going up to rocket 1. He went onto the grass and had to jump off at 100mph +. He has two unstable spinal vertrabae and was initially told he could go home! On further examination he was told to stay, re xrayed and the injury pin pointed. He is now flat on his back and waiting for a spinal brace to be fitted. Very lucky he didn't go home, I'm sure you can work out what could have happened, if he did would could have proven serious.
