You've probably done this many times before and got it right - but I swapped to Renthal grips.....didn't like them, 'cos they didn't fit over the plastic ring. So removed them and replaced them with the OEM grips.
Bad move - now oem's are stretched to hell and don't fit properly. Just like some rubber beginning with D
