Eh? err no. To go faster round a bend you have to lean more. True that if you move your body weight to the inside of the bike, then it will be more upright, but then that just allows you to lean a bit more to get yet more speed.
What Andy Ibbott refers to (I think) is that you can accelerate harder the more upright the bike is, so by squaring of the corner you get upright sooner and get on the power sooner, but at the apex you will still be leant right over.
