| Bennets did the same thing with me. They automatically renewed my policy. I rang up on the day to see if they could better my new quote and she said "oh its already been renewed" So i cancelled it with no problem. They sent me the same letter Jools had and a prepaid envelope to return the certificate to them. Trouble is that was a week ago and the certifiacte hasnt turned up yet!
Also had the letter from Amber Credit which i have just filled in and returned to say i want to cancel. |
