Handling, will be a lot slower than your SS, check fork setup, tyres and maybe try dropping forks in the yolk, I did 5mm on mine and it sped things up alot.
Recommendation is also to raise rear ride height by, on the center stand dropping the rear wheel until it nearly touches the ground.
Discs, try spinning the bobbins to make sure they are free.
I think you'd need a dial gauge or take the discs off to really test if they are warped.
