i am hopeing to go but i had a mishap at home a couple of weeks ago.i was standing on a chair to put a box into a high cupboard when the chair collapsed and i landed heavily on my right shoulder.after 4 hours in a and e nothing is broken ,take pain killers and exercise it ,i could not lift my arm for a week,its still painfull depending what i do.i shall have to get out on the bike before the weekend and see how it goes.its slowly getting better so hopefully it may be ok.
