I fitted 748/916 throttles to both Matt's and Bionicle's 583's, I had cables made by Carrot Cycles in Lincoln
http://www.carrotcycles.co.uk/ to suit for length and fit the correct nipples(
) fitted, never had a cable snap, Bionicles bike will start it's 3rd year on the same cable.
Never skimp on the important bits, get them made right.
