| could be similar to a prob i had on my old renault traffic the heater thingamy on the engine that the cable from the heater switch pulled was sticking so when you turned the heater down it would stick in the hot position even though the switch said it was off .
I know different make etc etc but thats what it sounds like to me if indeed it is operated by cable as the manual says |
