hello everyone... I'm new here. I have this same problem with my '04 749S. After riding hard in Angeles Crest on hot days my clutch started to go bad. I bled it from the slave cylinder and things returned to normal but only for a couple of rides. I'll try bleeding from the master cylinder and see how long it lasts. I agree about the level of fluid in the master cylinder; seems like the fluid could slop around in there when you're riding hard through the corners. Would it be a mistake to fill it higher than the lines indicate? Is there air coming in from anywhere else? Thanks |
