    Its not motorised mate - its one of those evo ones from Nelly, I just didn't tighten it up all the way so that the pillion can move it when we wanna go for a "spirited" ride 
 
  Mind you, with the legal plate on now, it acts as so much of an airbrake that it will probably swivel round just from the wind
