Mood: Train comes and I know its destination
Years ago (before diesel spills had a high profile), I reported a spillage on a mini-roundabout to the police and to the county council. The yawns on the other end of the phone were deafening.
I'd be interested to hear whether there is a method for reporting this damned things.
