I thought it was now mandatory to have headlights on when it's raining ?.(although you'd never believe it seeing the number of total ****s that drive down the motorway with no lights during torrential downpours)
Would mean the bike with no lights would spend more time stopped at the roadside than travelling in this wonderful summer.
