I have owned the bike since November 2013 and the bike was owned previously by a business man who travelled a lot, owned multiple bikes, and simply never used it. The bike was stored at pro twins between services and never actually collected as the owner was out of the country, hence no change in mileage. Eventually, the owner sold the bike to pro twins and the servicing and storage debt cleared. Protwins will confirm everything as the previous owner is apparently very well known to them and is also a serial Ducati owner.
