have gas ch at the moment and have a combi boiler that has died (judging by the age of it that's not surprising). I dont want a hot water tank (space for one reason) as i really dont need hot water very often and if i do its 'on demand'
i just want basic but reliable to heat the house and give me basic hot water, but dont want to sacrifice toys for the bike and any track days
