If you have a shortfall in Architects I do Active Directory and Exchange design. Just finished redesigning BP's Active Directory deployment to a centralised data centre model. The biggest single production domain deployment in the world with over 220,000 computer objects and an AD database of 9.5GB (Win2k3) and over 230 Domain Controllers spread from Docklands to oil rigs to little huts in Africa
Also do a lot of other things in all flavours MS. Can give you more detail/CV if you need it at some point.
