| I had something similar..........4 weeks i gave him...said he had sent them nothing arrived........got his phone number from Ebay by requesting his personal details.......called him in the states and his **** dropped.........money was back in my paypal within hours.
Get his/her personal details from Ebay and call, lets them know you are taking it serious and want your cash/item |
