Ultimately the decision is yours and there are plenty of options to get into racing, including the Desmo Due series. Or, just enter one race on Louigi's bike or something if you only want a taster.
You've seen my riding and I'm not quick, but I'm going to have a go. I've always wanted to do it so I'm going to have a go. Yes it's dangerous, but so are a lot of things. Look at what I did to my shoulder playing rugby! It's still stuffed!
