Biggest downside is having to cut holes in your fairings for them to come through.
- that and the fact that for the 748/9** range, they're about 3 times the price of any other bikes.

Having said that - I've used them previously on my old GSXR's, and they do the job well.

Am looking at some on eBay now, but will wait to see how much they go for.

Fitting seems straight-forward - with a connecting bar that goes through the frame (however, I think on my bike the alarm is right where the bar wants to go, so check before buying).
