The above probably sounds a bit girly to most of you guys and gals, but hey, I don't mind being honest and kidding myself, your comments would be appreciated.

do the CSS. you wont regret it the spped is built up throughout the day and there is no way you will either be left behind or presurised to go faster than you want. it is a school first and foremost not a trackday. the first session of the day starts with one gear and no brackes so it starts off at a steady pace. you concetrate on learning how to ride properly not on going fast initially
