into garage to fill up with petrol, locked tank and dropped key into inside pocket of one piece as usual then into pay. back outside and no sign of key in pocket or anywhere, checked everywhere in leathers/near pumps/ in kiosk etc with mate helping, still no sign

undid leathers and dropped them as far as deceny would allow but still no sign. starting to panic now thinking someone had picked it up. Finally went for last option and took boots/leathers off and checked everything key was eventually found tucked in velcro in lining of leathers near knee armour!!

I've not dropped the key yet, but i've dropped that little washer on the seat end of the tank down through the suspension strut (twice).
