it was the race that got called 20 minutes early with no warning and no time to make any adjustments for the rain that had just started.. I don't remember any drying out bits but I was so scared of crashing that my mind has blanked hours of that weekend.
Especially as I had promised Karen that I would no longer race in the wet.
