| There are two throttle stop screws one on each throttle body, the easiest one to get to is the one by the throttle cam where the Cable pulls on.
It is a small set screw usually with yellow paint on it from when it was originally set, a small hex key is needed I think it is either a 2.5mm or 3mm one. as you screw it in it should push on the throttle cam and raise the revs
