Any plumbers or Dish washer repairers here ?

Seeing as Wilf can ask for help with his shower, I thought I could ask about help with my Bosch dishwasher.

The dishes etc are still wet after the washing cycle has finished. In the past when the washing cycle had finished the dishes and water were hot ..... now it isn't

I'm guessing there is a heater element somewhere in the dishwasher and I'm guessing it's packed in.

How easy are they to swap ?
Could it be something other than the heater ?
Is it cheaper to mend or buy new ?

Should have used Calgon tabs!
Seriously tho,yup there is an element in there, depending on make and model, some are easy to get at,...others....
You could put a circuit tester across the element to check the circuit.
I think the last element I bought was about £40.
