Dickie,

It's already been suggested that it goes on 30 minutes after the last DD race in the scrutineering area. As the second race starts at 4pm that should work out well unless anyone has alternative suggestions of course.

how about make it literally straight after the DD race. then those in other races have time to get sorted for those. think there is one race in between?

No problem doing it later if that is what you guys want, we plan to stay to watch all the races.

Just that some have quite a journey home so the half hour after the DD race gives them chance to pack up then go off straight after the presentations.

Any other suggestions ?

I think some of us are racing at 4.46pm and 5.10pm, so doing a presentation at 30 mins after DD race 2 may not be ideal for everyone (that would be about 4.45??)

5.30pm may be better???
