| These adverts do work. When the old adverts were screened ages ago, nearly all of my customers commented that they didn't realise how vunerable motorcyclists were and that they took more care in looking out for us as a result.
Andy I take your point and think you were brave to put it forward, but I know of several bike cops who have been killed or seriously injured when in full dayglo gear and blue lights and headlights on. If drivers aren't looking for us then they won't see us no matter how carefully we ride. And some drivers don't care anyway.
The adverts can only do us good in my view. |
