| I've had a change of pace......
I went and slowed down to 4mph for a week. A narrowboat cruise on Grand Union Canal certainly forced me to chill out for a bit. Very quiet, weather was ok (ie didn't get wet!!), ate too much and drank too much....
Problem has been coming back to reality - nearly nicked the boat and disappeared!! |
