So which is more dangerous I know its Yesterdays news but I was wondering which was more dangerous a, Speeding on a motorbike along the Tingewick bypass- sentence 3 months in prison or b, driving a car for 16 miles the wrong way on the motorway while three times over the limit- sentence 3 months in prison How can they view these two offences as deserving of equal punishment, in each instance how many other road users were actually put in danger. In case b would it have attracted a longer sentence if it had been a motorbike in place of a car. The law really is a joke at times |
