Mate,I think you will find the John Lewis warranty is 5 years.They should have all your details on 'pooter.Take it back and see what they say.Their advert says "no quibble garantee".

Flat screens are so cheep now just throw the old one away and go and buy a new one!..........................spose the same can be said of the new 999 series od bikes!
