That's a real sickener. My own SP tends to smell a bit of petrol for a few seconds after start-up, and I'm always a bit wary when first riding away.

It's strange that you rode yours for 100 miles on Saturday without a hint of a problem though. Did you move any of the wires whilst making your adjustments? Maybe an electrical short somewhere? Just a thought.
