"But, I've got a Gold Card reservation", I bleat pitifully (this is supposed to be a solid gold confirmation that your car will be all ready to go - no need even to do any paperwork).
A gallic shrug of the shoulders " ...ave you tried Avis?"
French customer service...it rocks! You have to laugh or else you'd cry |
