Looks like an ebay scam US Spec bike with reflectors etc ?

It's easier than the reflectors to say it's a US bike-look at the registration plate-might be worth asking him some questions like 'since you say your location is Derby, how come the registration is American?'

its such a shame that more & more people in the world cant be bothered to go out and earn an honest living but instead try and rip off those who do......whats more disturbing to me is that some are doing it completely legally...such as insurance companies, banks, loan companies and accident claim con artists......etc etc.....

The US phrasing "titled" and spelling of "tires" is another giveaway. Clearly a copied US auction.

You could bid, then arrange to collect with a bankers draft, see where it is?
