Bradders,

The cover is first and foremost to protect the clutch.

Without one even the slowest lowside will rip off the posts and the springs from you clutch, thats before any additional damage to the clutch case and basket ...

Carbon covers aren't a lot better than having no cover hence the increase in popularity of the vented jobbies ...

They just look cool and help the clutch ventilate itself, although they aso let water in ..!!
