Imho yes, if you are going to use a lot ie every round. I got my cheapy as a 'see whats its like' excercise as I am not racing. If I was, and also if I was using it lots on road rides, Euro tours, off roading, I'd go HD as the quality is so much better
Bear in mind Drift is Customisable, in that if its a cloudy or shitty day adjust the exposure and it comes out much better, otherwise its a little dark. Learned too late for my vids

Deff worth getting, I often sit and relive the races or track days. Like Phil says make sure you get all the permissions needed. Here is a clip from mine ( Same as Phil's & Bradders ) funny as I jump started and thought damm it keep going and take the 10 sec. You can see what made me jump Watch Bradders carve his way through as well.
