Tell him he's a hunt with a c, and tell him to shove his job and go huck f with a f his mother.

Or just hand you're notice in, and slip away quiet with dignity.

Never look Pedro, always look forward

just done this myself as I start a new job on Monday!!! Never burn bridges whatever you feel, rise above it, - do a letter to confirm it, thank them for the employment, keep it shotrt, - 2 or 3 lines, set out the detail of the notice period, job done. Then vent your spleen on a message board.

youve been offerd more £ per yard, contract fitting, and it doesnt include vinyls!! and theyll pay for gripper and underlay surcharges - that way he'll kind of understand, or offer you more dosh, either way a winner!

true, used to be one of 'those' guys, then I saw the light! But I know when people came to me with this reason, I always let them know they could come back it it didnt work out. I guess another tack might be just what you have said here - less£ but also more personal approach, the gafa probably feels the same but doesnt have your cohonas to do anything about it! Good luck
