In truth I am not certain of the exact vote but it was not unanimous.

so you don't need a unanimous vote to censor some one ?????

Hmmm that does not seem right !!!

Your not sure of Actual votes ??? hmmmmmm

As for me standing by my Friend I always will stand up and fight for my friends !!!

Also This friend was responsible for me Joining the DSC !!! (ok I am not a member anymore.)

I know I want everything to be out in the open and I am sure I am not the only one!

You are the MT and you are supposed to Represent the members of this forum and what the stand for !!!

As I see it and if we were allowed to take a vote on this I think the Majority of us would vote in favor of Henners and not the MT.

And an unanimous vote gets you a new government? Majority will also.

Thumbs up

Can`t we just draw a line under this matter and let, someone who obviously cares about the club, rejoin!

This thread is somewhat out of control.

I to have read everyones comments and agree with some and dissagree with others , and thats my right which I have now commented on here.

Now in my oppinion we should let Henry re join and welcome freedom of speech which should be part of the Ducati "Sporting" Club and every members right.

Except for that bloke Mav who called me wobbly!

Age, - this friend is responsible for me staying in the DSC; until he picked up the Surrey/South region and worked at it there was sweet FA happening. This friend worked at getting the Sussex region started. This friend had some of the very early ideas about the DSC getting involved with racing, - a racing academy I think was first his idea, or something that he took ownership of. Henry and I go back a few years now, he and I joined the webteam at the same time. I am not looking for a sympathy vote here, but I am sad about what has gone and is still going on here.

My view on votes: majority rule as Flanks says, - I have been out voted before, - actually on a subject very similar to this but collective responsibility should be taken for all decisions.

One more time ... please tell us how the vote was cast ... it must have been recorded.

This is a simple question which requires a simple and prompt answer -

1. I want the transparency we all crave exhibited by an answer
2. I don't want further prevarication or delay in getting an answer which is what causes most of the rumour and conjecture in the first place
3. Once I have the answer I will personally close off on this subject

Jeez I wish people would read these posts properly.

OK for the sake of clarification.

In a parliamentary election we can all see how many people voted for which party and how many MPs are voted into parliament etc, etc, etc, etc.

We can tell if it was a close run thing, a marginal victory, landslide or whatever.

So, please answer the question how was the vote cast it MUST have been recorded?

OK - Henners himself has asked for the thread to be closed - I have now closed it.

Can I ask for a member of the MT to answer Everton's question asap please either by Personal Message or email.

Regards - Frank
