Be nice if Dunlop got back to me with that sort of information (ie replied to last weeks email) as what do they call enough?

This season we have more rounds and more Class A entrants that tend to use tyres at a greater rate than Class B, stocking the same amount as we used last year probably isn't going to be enough

But Dunlop are the Tyre supplier and Sponsor so that is who I talk to about the tyre deal and they are the ones that know when Production will stop and if there is going to be a replacement tyre, if there isn't then the options for 2015 needs to be considered before the end of this season.

Thanks for that Pete, they are based in Birmingham but are linked to the Motorsport side of things and the tyres we use are produced in Germany
But maybe that announcement is behind things being a bit quiet lately

Tyres at Snetterton

Kev, I was at Snetterton on Sunday and had some new tyres fitted; I was told by the bloke on the tyre truck that we were definitely on the same tyres and that he had all the remaining tyres 'ringfenced' for this year!

I have to admit that wobbling round Snetterton on the first session, I realised that it had been Brands last year since I was on any bike, but by the afternoon it was starting to feel normal.....apart from the idiot that charged up the inside and then running wide, pushing me off onto the nice slippery wet grass! I ended up about 100 yards from the track in a ploughed field.....still upright..... but at that particular moment I would have quite happily 'ripped him a new one!!!!'
Anyway had a great day at Snetterton, was good to see a few friendly faces and now just looking forward to the season.

And there in could lie a major problem, what happens if all the remaining tyres are used up by round 8 or even worse 7, then what.
