Air Gap 110mm to 120mm (the nearer to 110mm the better)
When adjusting the air gap 6.25cc of Oil = 5mm of Air Gap
Fork leg tie wrap to be approx 5 mm to 10 mm off the bottom of the fork leg

Speedo drive replacement spacer

Early Marzocchis with 20mm spindle, made mine with a step in it
ID = 20mm clearance
OD at fork end = 35mm
OD at wheel bearing end = 33mm
Width = 35mm
Later forks with 25mm spindle (will try and add this info later)
ID = 25mm Clearance
OD at fork end = 32mm minimum, mine is 35mm
OD at wheel end = 32mm
Width = 30mm
